Most respectfully I wish to submit before your good self a big worry
that our English teacher Mr. P. Saxena in on leave for the last two months. So we have no regular teacher in this subject for this period. Our syllabus is far behind for this subject. The annual examination is drawing near.
 
Sir, it will put a very adverse effect on our result. Therefore, you are requested to arrange a special coaching class in English after school hours. All the students in our class are willing to attend these classes. Any teacher of English is acceptable to us.
