When the coronavirus started spreading, people used to think that children are not affected by the pandemic. But with the rapid spread of the pandemic, it has become clear that the spread of the virus is the same in children as in adults. But in children symptoms are very mild.

The fact is that children are affected by the coronavirus more than we think.

Almost all parents vaccinate their children against the diseases such as polio, diphtheria, measles, mumps, whooping cough, and many more. But in the case of coronavirus, there is a scientific question about it, "are children safe after getting the vaccine". The answer may vary from country to country.

There are different arguments about the corona vaccine for children because critics say that children benefit very little from the vaccine.

EFFECTS OF CORONAVIRUS ON CHILDREN

Coronavirus has very different effects on children than adults.

  • According to Andrew Pollard, Head of the oxford vaccine group, children who have immunosuppressive therapies or cancer treatment are less affected by the virus than adults.
  • According to a Chinese study, symptoms of the coronavirus might be a mild fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body ache, and sneezing.
  • According to graham Roberts' research, pandemic affects the children in upper airways such as the nose, mouth, and throat.
  • Children affected by coronavirus feel cold rather than pneumonia or life-threatening scars.

The immune system in children is much better than the adults because they can fight the virus better than adults.

DO CHILDREN TRANSMIT VIRUSES TO OTHER PEOPLE

The fact is that children are less affected by the virus than adults. The children who have no chronic medical conditions like immunodeficiencies are not affected by the virus. The fact is that children are the root cause of to spread of this virus throughout the community.

Coronavirus can be easily transmitted from one person to another by direct contact with the infected person. So it's clear that the children who have symptoms of coronavirus mild or no fever can transmit it to other children and adults.

The risk factor of covid-19 in children is low, but there is a high risk of transmitting it to other people.

CORONA IN NEWBORN BABIES

Corona symptoms have also been in newborn babies. There are two cases of corona in newborn babies, one in Wuhan and the other in London. It is not yet discovered, either they were infected by the virus in the womb or after birth.

IS THERE A COVID VACCINE FOR CHILDREN

Corona vaccine for adults is being implemented in the whole world, but no vaccine has yet been discovered for children. In children, covid-19 tests have been started.

There is a probability that the covid-19 vaccine for children will be introduced in 2022. The vaccine is the only way to stop the pandemic. Children who are 12 years old can get the Pfizer Bio N Tec covid-19 vaccine. This vaccine has been approved for kids age between 12 to 15 years old.

CAN KIDS TRAVEL WITHOUT COVID VACCINE?

No vaccine has yet been introduced for kids under 12. Pfizer covid-19 vaccine has been introduced for children between the age of 12 to 15 years old, by the Food and Drug Adminis Tradition (FDA) in the United States. According to a rough estimate, almost 2% of people who are under 18 have been fully vaccinated.

Now traveling abroad with your kids is very different as it used to be. Parents are anxious and waiting for the kid's vaccine before traveling abroad. Now you are permitted to travel abroad with your kids in countries like the US, EU, GREECE, ITALY, and CROATIA.

There is the requirement that children under 12 to 17 should be vaccinated. Younger children can also travel if they have a negative covid-19 test.

Hand washing and social distance can prevent the virus from the spread. In any case, if you have to take your child to a public place and he touches something, teach them not to touch their face before sanitizing or properly washing their hands.
