Keto Zucchini Ingredients:

 

·       2-3 medium zucchinis, sliced thinly lengthwise

·       1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage (choose a low-carb option)

·       1 cup ricotta cheese

·       1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

·       1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

·       1 cup low-carb marinara sauce (look for options with minimal added sugars)

·       1 tablespoon olive oil

·       2 cloves garlic, minced

·       1 teaspoon dried basil

·       1 teaspoon dried oregano

·       Salt and pepper to taste

 

Optional: sliced black olives, chopped fresh basil for garnish

 

Instructions:

 

·       Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
